Returns

There is always a possibility that you would like to return your purchase.

Contact us at info@savvycons.nl to start the return process. Please state your order number and reason for return in the email. There are two possible reasons for a return:

• Every online customer has the right to return his/her purchase within 14 days after the arrival of the product. When contacting us about your return, please provide the date of delivery.
• Every product purchased through Savvycons.nl has a two-year warranty (orders installed by us are entitled to a 5-year warranty). If your product becomes defective while you are still under warranty, please contact us for a solution. This can be a return of the product.

After contacting us, we will determine the next action. If your return request is within the first 14 days, you will receive a form from us to complete your request. If your product has technical problems, we will try to help you first solving the problems. If this is not possible we will provide you with a form to complete your return request.

After approval, we will send you a label for the return of the package. Follow the instructions for both the form and label to avoid delays in the process.

If you return your purchase within the first 14 days, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In all cases, upon arrival of the return, we will test the product before processing any refund or replacement.
